through multiple user feedback sessions on the existing toolkit,
three key insights surfaced that needed to be addressed:
1. designers prefer visuals over text
2. designers have a hard time digesting technical guidance
3. designers want guidance in their work environment
these insights led to the following deliverables:
1. 157 visual examples created to pair with text
2. reduced and simplified guidance from 121 to 54 accordion topics
3. an accessibility kit with tasks, bite-sized guidance, and handoff assets
